Our medical partnership was formed by the collaboration of Dr. Elpidio Magalong, Jr., Skin Glow Care MedSpa's Medical Director and Charina G. Quiambao, MSN-FNP-C, Clinical Skin Care Specialist. Our partnership paved the way for the expansion of services to include Neuromodulator injectables, the ONLY Aerolase Neo Elite laser treatment in the Central Valley, RF Micro Needling, IV Hydration, Medical Grade Chemical Peel, along with the existing services of Geneo Facial Treatments and Korean Micro Needling Treatments. With our combined medical knowledge and expertise, we are able to enrich your skin's natural beauty by uplifting, reinventing, and simply glowing today and every day, while providing a safe medical approach to your treatments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. At Skin Glow Care Medspa, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to accommodate all of our clients and keep appointments running smoothly, we ask to please be aware of our cancellation policy: 1. 24-hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge. 2. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. 3. No-Show Policy: If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the full service price. 4. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies do happen In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the fee at our discretion. 5. Confirmation: You will receive a reminder text/email 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance.
